What is an AI bill alert system?
An AI bill alert system uses machine learning to decide which legislation is relevant to you and to notify you when it moves. It reads the duty a bill creates, so a bill about "automated employment decision tools" reaches an AI tracker on the obligation it imposes rather than on what it is called.
What types of alerts does LawSignals send?

Why do I not get an alert for every action on a bill?
Because most actions are not news. "Read first time" and "Referred to committee" are the two most common entries in any legislature, and an alert on each of them trains you to ignore the alerts. Can I customize which alerts I receive?
