Requires mobilehome park management to serve written notice specifying violated rules and required corrective actions before terminating a tenant's lease for rule violations.
California AB 2128: Housing authorities: term limits and work requirements.
Prohibits housing authorities and other covered housing providers from imposing term limits or work requirements as conditions for eligibility or rent subsidy amounts in federally funded housing programs.
California AB 2689: Low-income housing tax credits: lease nonrenewal: good cause.
Requires owners of certain low-income housing tax credit projects to provide notice and allow nonrenewal of leases when tenants' income exceeds 140 percent of area median income for two consecutive years.
California SB 1160: Judicial Council: eviction data reporting.
Requires each California county court to report monthly to the Judicial Council the number of unlawful detainer cases filed, dismissed, and resolved by judgment, aggregated by ZIP Code, beginning 1 January 2027.

Authorizes Indian tribes to require short-term rental facilitators to report rental addresses, collect transient occupancy taxes, and display tax certifications under tribal law.
