One place to work a matter

Ask your matter
Every line linked to its page. If the files do not say, it tells you.
Draft
From the matter’s files and your firm’s past work. Export to Word.
Check citations
Every case citation, against the published opinion, before you read the draft.
Review a document
Parties, dates and obligations. Dates become calendar tasks.
Email in
Each matter has its own address. Forward mail and it is filed.
Library, policy and activity
Templates, past work, your AI use policy, and a log of who asked what.

Every case citation gets one of four results

Verified
Name, court and year match, and the cited page supports your sentence.
Mismatch
A case exists, but its name, court or year differs.
Found, check support
The case exists. Read the cited page to confirm it says what you say.
Not found
No case at that citation.

Client files stay yours

  • Each firm has its own encryption key.
  • Each firm, and each matter, is kept apart from the others.
  • Your files never train an AI model.
  • No one at LawSignals reads your data unless your firm approves it.

Workspace FAQ

What does beta mean for my firm?

Firms join by invitation, one at a time, and each is told it is a beta before adding a client file. An independent security test is planned before general availability.

Does Workspace give legal advice?

No. You stay responsible for the work. Workspace never says a case is still good law, so confirm later history before you file.

Which citations are checked?

Case citations, against the published opinion. Statutes and regulations are listed and marked as not verified.

What does it cost?

$39 per user a month, or $398 per user a year, after a 14-day free trial.

Do I need LawSignals Legislative?

No. Workspace is a separate product with its own subscription. A firm can have either or both.
