Requires the Higher Education Coordinating Commission to award grants to local workforce development boards to administer the Prosperity 10,000 Program, which provides career coaching, training, job placement, and wraparound supports to workforce participants.
SB 1519: Relating to total disability.
Changes the formula for calculating permanent and temporary total disability compensation based on portions of a worker's wage relative to the state average weekly wage, effective for injuries on or after 1 January 2027.
HB 4069: Relating to the safety of behavioral health workers; and prescribing an effective date.
Requires behavioral health employers contracting with Oregon Health Authority to develop and implement written safety plans addressing lone worker safety, built environment security, and required training timelines.
